1. Is Beach Haven pet friendly?
   Yes your pet(s) are welcome



2. How far is the house from the pool?
   200 yards or a short 2 minute walk.



3. How far is the house from the gulf?
   300 yards or about an 5 minute walk.



4. Is Beach Haven on the beach side of the road?
   It is on the same side of the road as the beach, on a dead end street so traffic is generally not a problem.



5. Is the beach pet friendly?
   Yes!!



6. How large is the beach?
   It is huge. You can ride bikes or walk for miles.



7. Can you see the gulf from the house?
   You can see and hear the gulf from the screened in deck but Beach Haven is not a water front property.



8. Are taxes included?
   No. There is a 10% Florida Tax added to the rental rate and the non-refundable pet cleaning fee.



9. Are there any other fees besides the Rental Rates and taxes?
   Only one. A $43 processing fee is charged at check-in.



10. Are linens, towels and cleaning included in the rental rate?
    Yes
